Duties and Responsibilities:
- Fills, merchandises and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs
- Physically moves the product from the backroom and places it on display
- Creates and distributes point of sale materials on display and shelves where permitted.
- Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging products by package and flavor, arranging the return of empty pallets and shells, damaged and out of date products.
- Merchandise products to customers: merchandise and rotates product in assigned accounts to Coca-Cola and customer standards (e.g., filling shelves and coolers, stocking displays, rotating products, removing out of date and damaged products).
- Ensures neat appearance of all Coca-Cola equipment and products in assigned accounts.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be self-motivated with a high degree of integrity and be able to perform job duties with minimal supervision on a timely basis.
- Past job performance must reflect dependability, initiative, professional demeanor, and the ability to exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced continuous lifting environment.
- Ability to lift to 75 lbs. of product repetitively.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Stocking, merchandising products or retail management experience.
