By entering a giveaway contest (“Contest”), you agree to the following official rules:
1. Eligibility
This Contest is open only to legal residents of the state of Indiana who are at least 13 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, and immediate family members of Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, and agencies are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, you must:
- Like the Coca-Cola Columbus, Indiana Facebook page.
- Fill out the form in entirety.
- Entries must be submitted by 11:59 a.m. on Monday, April 14 (Eastern Time).
3. Prize
The winner will receive:
- 1 – adult size SmartWater mountain bike
No substitution or transfer of the prize is allowed, except that Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winner must be able to transport the bike from the Coca-Cola Columbus office, 1334 Washington Street, Columbus, IN 47201.
4. Winner Selection
The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received by the contest deadline. The selection will occur Tuesday, April 15. The winner will be notified via text message.
5. Winner Notification
The winner must respond to the notification within 24 hours of the initial contact. If the winner does not respond within the allotted time, an alternate winner may be selected.
6. Claiming the Prize
To claim the prize, the winner must pick up from Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana, located at 1334 Washington Street, Columbus, IN 47201.

- Void Where Prohibited: The Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
- Publicity: By participating, entrants grant permission for their name and likeness to be used for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
- Limitations of Liability: Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failures that may affect the entry process.
- Right to Modify or Terminate: Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You are providing your information to Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana, not Facebook.
9. Governing Law
This Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Privacy
By entering the Contest, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Coca-Cola of Columbus, Indiana for the purposes of administering the Contest and notifying the winner(s). Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
